I am passionate about living life intentionally, mindfully, and creatively. As a former business and life coach, I have let go of my business within the past few years to explore the creative taps that have been tempting me for years.

Purposefully prioritizing my health and wellness and slowing down enough to listen to my intuition has been a wonderful addition to my life.

My creative journey has led me to create and sell semi-abstract art, mixed media art, junk journals for memory keeping, vintage book pages, and printed art-marked book pages.

We all have a story and memories to cherish, and I love helping others tell their stories and keep those memories using creative materials.
